SHIFT Youth Organisation was founded on 9th of December 2016 in Pristina, Republic of Kosovo. Our goal is to promote social and personal growth of our youth community through intensive trainings and debate. That growth is reflected in improved increased self-confidence and self-respect, an improved ability to cooperate with others, and a better understanding of what they are capable of achieving. Our core value is development of youth empowerment.

Our desired program impact is to create a safer and more unified community, where the rich cultural resources of the community combine to create a positive learning environment for young people. We are seeking to make positive community impacts through it's youth activism to create positive changes to personal and community life.

Engage, connect and empower youth in the spirit of the youth development and participations;

Increase commitment and cooperation of youth civil society actors with public authorities for the implementation of youth-related policies;

Promote the guiding principles set for the youth development and participation, fostering youth participation in democratic and civic life, connection of young people at grassroots level with global issues, access to resources;

Foster the development of competences and skills through non-formal and informal learning;

For each activity of the project, deliverables will be produced reaching from social media campaigns, video and webinar series, community events, promotion material, information fairs, to recommendation papers, guides and a series of reports;
